We want you to love your Lovebox experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Device

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the device is powered off and all personal data has been reset.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our technical team inspects the hardware, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
